A Moment for Gratitude

This year, I turned 60.

It has given me an opportunity to reflect on a career that has spanned 38 years in the financial services industry, including the last seven years as an independent solo practitioner.

When I entered this profession, I thought my role would be helping clients make sound financial decisions. While that remains true, what I have come to appreciate most is the privilege of growing alongside my clients as they navigate life's many transitions. Together, we've celebrated successes, weathered challenges, adjusted plans, and achieved goals that once seemed distant.

There is a unique satisfaction that comes from seeing the positive impact thoughtful financial guidance can have on people's lives. Helping families retire with confidence, send children and grandchildren to college, navigate loss, create legacies, and achieve financial independence has been far more rewarding than I ever imagined.

Building an independent practice has not been without its challenges. Being a solo practitioner requires wearing many hats, making difficult decisions, and investing countless hours behind the scenes. Yet the hard work has been worth it. The relationships I've built, the trust my clients place in me, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives continue to inspire me every day.

As I look ahead, I am excited about the next chapter. My vision is to continue growing the practice, expanding my team, and enhancing the level of service and attention I provide to clients while maintaining the personal relationships that have always been at the heart of what I do.

Life is good. I am grateful for the clients, colleagues, mentors, friends, and family members who have been part of this journey. Helping people achieve their financial goals remains one of the greatest privileges of my professional life, and I look forward to doing so for many years to come.

Thank you for being part of the journey.
